Oil cooler fans provide high efficiency and reduced power consumption

Multi-Wing America’s rugged line of industrial impellers make the perfect oil cooler fan for remote oil coolers, stationary oil coolers, electric motor oil coolers and a host of off-highway applications including pavers, compactors, trenchers and cranes. Multi-Wing America’s low noise, high efficiency oil cooler fans are half the weight of steel, and their lower moment of inertia means reduced wear on fan drives.

The Multi-Wing sickle and airfoil blades may be custom designed into high efficiency, low noise oil cooler fans that deliver high performance in the most demanding applications. Multi-Wing’s airfoil blades provide uniform, high volume airflow with low power consumption for optimum efficiency. The airfoil’s twisted design reduces turbulence across the blade’s surface, resulting in low noise oil cooler fans. The sickle’s large chord length and overall surface area also combine to generate greater pressure at slower speeds in an oil cooler fan. Our airfoil and sickle series are widely used in engine cooling applications where requirements are more challenging.

Multi-Wing America’s oil cooler fans are available in the 2H, 3H, 4Z, 5Z, 5W and 6W blades in the airfoil series; the 8D blade in our broad paddle series; the 1H, 4H, 1Z, 2Z, 7Z and 1W blades in our sickle series; and in the TR7Z in our true reversible series. Multi-Wing America oil cooler fans have a diameter range of 8-48 inches and can be designed in configurations from 3 to 16 blades. Our oil cooler fans are available in aluminum (AL), glass reinforced polyamide (PAG), anti-static glass reinforced polyamide (PAGAS), super tuff glass reinforced polyamide (PAGST), and glass reinforced polypropylene (PPG).
