The New 4H – The low-noise solution for small engine cooling

Designed for radiator cooling, the new 4H sickle profile continues that commitment. Test results for the new 4H demonstrate significantly reduced noise levels at the same operating point when compared to standard engine fan designs. The 4H, configured in the new flange version 8 and 10 bladed hubs has a diameter range of 14.7 to 24.9 inch, providing a cost-effective solution for small engine-cooling applications where low noise is critical.

While the 4H was designed for small engine applications, it is also a perfect solution for noise-critical HVA/CR applications. The 4H impellers from Multi-Wing are available in 3-14 blades and cover diameters from 13.3-27.6 inch in fixed pitch angles. The profile is available in the standard thermoplastic materials: a light gray, glass-reinforced polyamide (PAG) and a black, glass-reinforced polypropylene (PPG).
